This website is run for Glow Skin House, a small BB Glow studio in South Pattaya. This page says what the site collects, why, where it goes and how long it is kept.

Who is responsible

Data controller: Dheeraj Pulavarthy. Contact: hello@soloscale.agency (please mention glowskin.house). Location: Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand; full address to be updated.

What is collected, and when

1. The skin fit quiz. Your name, phone (LINE or mobile), email if you give it, your answers to questions 1, 7, 8 and 9 (your goal, the result you hope for, where you would like your appointment, and whether you want a consultation), your quiz result, the site language, your browser type and the page address.

Your skin answers (questions 2 to 6) leave your device only if you tick the box "Share my skin answers". They can describe your skin's condition, which Thai law treats as sensitive, so we ask for your clear consent first. If you do not tick the box, the quiz still works on your phone and we never receive those answers.

2. The contact form. Your name, email, phone, what interests you, your note, whether you ticked the box about your skin, the site language, your browser type and the page address. Please leave medical details out of the note; we ask about your skin in person.

3. Your cookie choice. Your browser keeps your choice (under the name gsh_consent) and sends one small record to our consent log: what happened, a random choice ID, the date and time, the page, the language, which banner wording you saw, and your country, which our host Cloudflare works out from the request. No name, no email, no IP address. Your language choice is kept in your browser as gsh_lang.

4. Before you choose. Google Analytics 4 (G-Y5EBL9J5BJ) runs in Google Consent Mode. Until you say yes it sets no cookies and sends Google only cookieless pings (time, page, the page you came from, browser type, consent state).

Ad cookies stay off on this site, whatever you choose.

6. Hosting and page parts. Cloudflare hosts this site. Google Fonts and jsDelivr (for the phone number box) deliver parts of the page. Like any web host, they handle your IP address and browser details to deliver the page.

7. LINE and email. If you tap the LINE button or email us, that conversation happens in LINE or your email app, under their own privacy terms.

Why, and on what basis

Where it goes

Quiz and contact form entries go to a Google Sheet in Glow Skin House's Google Workspace, seen only by the people who handle bookings. Our team gets a short Google Chat notice with only your first name and quiz result. Google, Microsoft, PostHog and Cloudflare may process data outside Thailand, including in the United States.

How long it is kept

Change your mind

Any time. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page. To withdraw consent for your skin answers, email us and we delete them.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see or get a copy of your data, move it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Some rights have limits set by law. Email us to use any of them; we aim to reply within 30 days.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves.
